Flat Roofing
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Truchas commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
